The code
for the TIMES model generator is available at no charge at http://iea-etsap.org/index.php/etsap-tools/acquiring-etsap-tools. However, the code is written in
GAMS language, thus a GAMS license is required to run the model.
The software
interface VEDA is covered by commercial license (60 days free trial period is
available) and here it can be
found. Thus, no own licensing possible or necessary.
